The availability of appointments, friendly front desk, additional food and treat options, pictures on holidays, and the cleanliness of the rooms. My dog is always happy and gets a quick cleaning before leaving with me, which I appreciate!
Friendly staff, attention to my dog and ease of scheduling.
My dog loves it there and always comes home exhausted from playing all day. He did get pretty sick following his last stay with an upper respiratory virus. I understand that is somewhat unavoidable with many dogs interacting but just wanted to make you aware.
The people that we interacted with AMAZING!!!! They loved on my dog and made me feel so good about where she was going during the day!!!
The staff are always kind, and helpful. We do like that it is convenient, and fully indoors during hot days.
