Always friendly greeting, take care of any problems quickly, dog loves staying there

I like how they treat my dogs, especially my rescued one that has anxiety and sometimes he feels scared, once he is there, he is happy and playing around.

During my initial visit I thought it was well run, the greeting was very personable and that the staff acted in a very professional manner. Obviously you have given thought to your 1/2 days – the hours are fairly limited but I guess you think the two hour lunch break is a good idea. you might explore expanding your hours to make them a bit more flexible. I would love to bring the dog in from 7 to 2 for instance instead of 7 – 11 Just a suggestion – Thank you – and Skye is there now!

Dogtopia is always positive, friendly and convenient. I know I can trust Dogtopia with my precious Snowy.

Friendly staff, attentive even when they are super busy. Facility seems clean and flexible for drop offs during day care. I like having access to the cameras.

What I don’t like is that cameras are turned off. I honestly see no legit reason to do so. What’s to hide? The dogs don’t care. That’s the only turnoff for me and the only reason I would go back to Pooch Hotel or otherwise I wouldn’t. I like both places but if Dogtopia would keep the cameras on 24/7 then I would opt for them every single time.
