How kind the front desk and overall employees are to me and Luna [LAST NAME REMOVED]

I love everything about Dogtopia as does my dog Goose.

The only reason why Im not scoring a 10 is because of people that haven’t shown up

The people who do are 10/10

But i need reliability as an early morning drop off and I dont like (now) worrying if the place will be open or if i will have to turn around , bring my dog home, crate him for a day, but still be charged for a full week.

Totally bad business on that aspect

Im also not 💯 cool with the screening process for other dogs as my dog has been injured twice and i got different stories from different employees

Depite that, we really do love and rely on Dogtopia.

Shout out to all the employees, especially Connie and the adorable afternoon young lady. We also miss Parker who is amazing.

My dog had a great time and we are thankful to have a nice place so close but I feel like your pricing is very high.. I have to pay for daycamp as well as boarding.. I think there should be one set price for a dog that is boarding. I also dropped her off at 5pm and was charged for a half day of day care when acutaly she was only in there for 2 hours.
Overall we really like your facility.

Welcoming and friendly staff….the place is spotless and my puppy feels secure and nurtured there!

Everyone was so positive, helpful and nice. I know I can trust Dogtopia, Norwalk with Snowy.

Clean, webcams are great for viewing my pet and having transparency into how he is doing.

Not sure yet, I am too new and not familiar enough. So far so good though!

My dog smells every time he comes out of daycare. It doesn’t happen anywhere else.

We love Dogtopia and more importantly, our dog loves if! We watch her on video running and playing and she comes home tired and cuddly after a great day of playing. How did we exist without you?
