Everything! Alexis is awesome. I always feel good coming in to Dogtopia. The staff is so welcoming and really good with the dogs.

Great, caring and attentive staff

I recently took my dog Minnie for a meet and greet to dogtopia of Norwalk. It was a great experience, however one thing that was not mentioned up front (which should be) was the drop off and pick up times. My job is 7a-7p so obviously I would have to drop and pick up before and after those times. I was told There are no expectations to working around those hours. It made me wonder, how can people (like many healthcare workers) who work 12 hour shifts do doggie daycare? I found another daycare called Pooch Hotel In Norwalk, for an additional fee I can drop off at 6:30am and pick up by 9pm. I really enjoyed my time at dogtopia but unfortunately the drop off and pick up times won’t work, and I wish it was something mentioned immediately before scheduling a meet and greet because it makes all the difference. I can learn all about the facility but if my work hours don’t work with the facilities hours, then it is pointless to even try. Just want to give you guys this recommendation, that’s all! Thank you for listening. Sorry my schedule wont work out after all.

I understand there are probably reasons the facility works the way it does, but to have more flexible drop off and pick up times even at an extra fee would be so helpful to 12 hour shift workers (and especially because the location is right by Norwalk hospital and many health care workers do 12 hour shifts, would be so convent to be able to drop off your dog right near there) just an idea.

Staff are super friendly and loving to our pup.

Dogtopia is a great facility to bring your pet. They are reliable, caring and attentive to each dog’s needs. I love that Loki feels comfortable with the staff. It is important to us that Loki gets the best care and gets the most out of his experience each day. We love the weekly events for the dogs that allow them to enjoy their break outside or with a yummy snack. We are very happy with the experience we have had at Dogtopia Norwalk!

Friendly staff. Good bours

Besides very friendly and knowledgeable staff about dogs, dogtopia really works to assess the personality of the dogs so they co exist and have fun together. Not stressful or overwhelming . Also keeps the numbers on the floor manageable . Too many dogs can make for a bad encounter because a dog can be on overloaded.

Attentive staff that’s always willing to answer any questions or concerns quickly without judgement.
