The staff is very friendly and caring. My dog Finnie seems to enjoy it there.

1. Jet LOVES to visit. He’s so excited when he arrives that he completely ignores me!
2. The caregivers are extremely friendly, courteous and clearly love animals.
3. Occasionally, there’s a mistake in billing. They fix it immediately. Having that occur is, in my opinion, a better indicator of a good service than simply not making any mistake in the first place. In other words, good resolution of “issues” is even better than not having any.
4. I check in a lot with the video feeds – all the dogs seem engaged, and it seems the caregivers are very good watching behaviors and avoiding conflict early.
5. The place is kept very clean, unlike dog parks!
6. The flexibility of hours and ability to arrive last minute is very helpful to us.
7. Again, Jet, our Shetland Sheepdog loves it, so we do too!

I absolutely love the staff at the Dogtopia in Shelton they are always very welcoming and kind when you come in. The general manager there is great she goes above and beyond for us pet parents.

The staff is amazing. It’s so convenient to drop my dog off and pick her up. I absolutely love the webcam and all the activities. My dog has a lot of energy and when she comes home from dogtopia she’s tired out from all the fun she has. This allows my husband and I to be able to get things done after work.

Frond desk staff is always friendly and polite. Django is a hot mess, but he likes it there!!
