Friendliness. Dog is happy and safe.
At the Coquitlam BC branch, the staff are absolutely wonderful: kind, pleasant, very attentive and caring to my dog. I never worry about my dog’s safety or enjoyment when he goes here. Great response time and truly make every effort to assist when a foreseen circumstances arise.
When one of my dogs past away at home, they were above and beyond what I anticipated to care for me and my other dog.
The hours and price are also very good, has been perfect for me as one who has been a shift worker, and working early hours.
I recommend Dogtipia to everyone!
I appreciated getting in early to have my dogs nails clipped. The staff were very friendly.
Amazing staff! They really love dogs and take such good care of them. My boy is absolutely spoiled by the staff. He gets so excited whenever he is going to daycare. I feel so relieved to have people like them looking after my baby!
My dog loves playing with his friends there, can easily get a nail trim while he’s at daycare, and Dogtopia has good hours (including weekends)!
Friendly staff, great with dogs. Price is reasonable, especially for grooming services. Last groom was ok, spots were missed and tail left to long, but otherwise good.

New groomer is really nice. She missed a couple of mats on out dog but she learning.
The grooming is wonderful. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
When my puppy comes for the he is tired and happy; always looking forward to his next visit.
