Staff are always courteous to us and happy to see our dog. She is treated like she is their own pet. We particularly like the webcams so we can check in on her from wherever we are.

I was disappointed that we were not offered a tour of the facility upon coming for the meet and greet as it had been mentioned to me by the call centre when they called to confirm my information.

Great staff and professionalism

My pets have been a client of Dogtopia for several years. My current pooch is a lab cross with an abundance of energy. Dropping him off at Dogtopia since he was a puppy has always made me feel secure in knowing he will be well taken care of. I know he will be socialized and happily worn out when he’s picked up. The staff is amazing. Great caring group. My hat’s off to all of them! Great job Dogtopia!

I like the whole quality of the service provided to keep Truffle happy and excited . All of the staff are extremely friendly and show genuine care towards our pets .

More accessible outdoor space

Attentive to the dogs and communicates well with the fur parents.

It’s nice the dogs can be inside to play…not too hot or cold with the HVAC air system. Dogs are watched closely and split into rooms according to size, age and temperament. Everyone seems to be very nice and dog savvy.
