Professional front desk and caring to my dog

The staff are amazing!!!

I’ve been taking my dog to Dogtopia for a while now and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making both me and my dog feel at ease.

The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for the dogs to play and socialize. I loved that they have webcams so I could check in on my dog throughout the day and see that he was having a great time.

The staff at Dogtopia clearly love what they do and are passionate about caring for the dogs in their facility. I felt confident leaving my dog in their hands and he came home happy and tired from being there for a week of boarding.

I also appreciated the additional services offered, such as grooming and training, which I will definitely be taking advantage of in the future.

Overall, I highly recommend Dogtopia to any dog owner looking for a safe and fun environment for their furry friend. I will definitely be returning!

Personal, friendly and professional at same time.

Everyone is very polite and kind. And they will give me a call if something is wrong. My girl can be a handfull sometimes. I love the fact that I can check in on my girl through video and see what she us getting herself into. Thank you all at Dogtopia Coquitlam

We love all the staff! The staff are 2 PAWS UP!! Love having the grooming option. Nicole did a great job of the Lion Cut for Retro and he always loves going there. Cheers to Quinn and the rest of the team.
