Tiffany was great checking in. Your facility was really nice. We could tell that Penny Lane had a good time and was well cared for. Unfortunately, the woman that worked Saturday at pickup was not able to check us out. Her coworker couldn’t get the computer to check us out either. So, we owe you payment for overnight Friday, bath, brush and nail trim. My husband was going to call Monday to get you payment , with someone who can do the transaction.
