The people who work at this location are incredibly nice and helpful and flexible. My dog is always thrilled to go and (fortunately) happy to come home. They are very kind and patient with her (she’s a jumper), so that’s a huge plus in my book. The only thing that’s missing is an on-site groomer. Sam was great! But that has no bearing on whether or not I’d recommend Dogtopia Crestview to anyone I know with a dog. I absolutely would! A good groomer would be a bonus. Thanks for all you do and for keeping my dog happy!

Feel very comfortable with our dogs at Crestview Dogtopia. If there is ever a problem, they contact you ASAP. Anna, the owner, is amazing. So sweet and LOVES dogs! The staff is equally great. They greet the dogs by name and are genuinely excited to see them. They do so many fun activities. The spa is great as well! Love them!
I loved the transparency they expressed during the process of the Meet and Greet, everything was explained perfectly. My pup was also a nervous wreck, but they made her feel safe and the other pups were very welcoming, too!
