Takes great care of our dog and they put importance on making sure they have the right dogs boarding with them to reduce conflict or issues. One thing I’d like to note is that two times now we have scheduled a bath on the day we pick our dog up from boarding and we find out that the bath hasn’t been done. I’d like to make sure when it’s requested the day we make the appointment that it is documented and followed through on.
Employees are friendly and dogs well cared for.
I can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia Inwood and Park Lane! As a first time dog owner, I was very skeptical of doggy daycares but was so pleased after our first few visits and now it’s part of our weekly routine! My pup gets so excited on daycare days and sleeps like a rock the days in between. Thank you to the team at Dogtopia, we are so thankful for you! 🩵
I feel comfortable taking my doggo here and leaving him for boarding. I know he’ll have the best care. He loves coming to his favorite school and that gives me peace of mind when I leave him for any period of time.

Everyone there takes ownership in the animals. I never worry that they will miss something going on with my dog. They are very aware of each animal.
They only allow dogs that have had a trial “play day”. They require updated shots etc. Always ready for Luke with a smile. Our dog loves to go.
We’ve been bringing our dog to Dogtopia for almost four years and at two different locations in two different cities. The quality of care across the system seems to be consistent, and we love daycare and boarding with Dogtopia at Inwood. We know that she is safe and well taken care of, and the staff go the extra mile to get to know each dog and let us know if any issues come up. Our dog thrives on structure, so knowing that she gets that at daycare helps a lot. Whenever we need accommodations, they are willing to do what they can, like extending boarding an extra day when we travelled overseas, etc. We love coming here, and will be bringing our new pup here soon too!
