Have had a great experience from the beginning! The staff’s friendliness and quality in care for my dog is incredible and I can’t imagine a better dog experience out there. The activities are so much fun, and I love being able to watch on the camera.
The entire team is caring to Lola. She loves coming each day and playing with her friends!

In terms of improvement, the camera doesnt seem to be very stable, (lots of buffering) nor does it cover the entire playroom.
Drop off/parking is not the easiest, I ended up damaging a rim/tire on one of the kerbs and having to replace the tire, due to having to try to back out and navigate between the cone and the curb.
