Groomer is awesome. Front desk leaves a little bit to be desired

Seems to be several inexperienced people in general working at the front desk, not all the time but sometimes. Also there seems to be a lack of training in general business etiquette on the phone. I called to provide a new credit card number to be kept on file and after giving it to the young lady, I said “do you want to read it back to me?” And she said “no, I already wrote it down”. Seeming to not understand that was the point, to make sure she wrote it down correctly.

My dogs love going to Dogtopia, so that is most important to me. The staff seems to genuinely care for them. The hours are appropriate for my needs, and the rates are affordable.

Aubrey is an angel! We have never met someone so attentive, patient, and loving with our dog Teddy. She makes sure to make him feel relaxed and he loves coming to Dogtopia, while he gets anxious and upset with other groomers. She is exceptionally talented and makes him look and feel his very best! We are so thankful for her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great groomer.

All the people at Park Lanes are amazing! Our dog absolutely loves going in everyday and can’t leave without saying ‘goodbye’ to every person there. Definitely worth it for a medium or smaller dog like we have!
