Your staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about the dogs and seem to really enjoy caring for the dogs. Also like to be able to see our doggie anytime and see how he is doing for ourselves. We have not come across any kennel or dog daycare center that has this feature. It puts us at ease to be able to see how our pet is doing. Thank you Dogtopia. We only wish there was a dog center like yours in Southern California where we live.
I like that the staff always remembers my dog’s name :).
I waited at least 10 minutes up front before someone greeted me at the door when I was ready to take my dog home. Took about 20-25 minutes from the moment I walked in the door until I got my dog to leave.
Also do not like how the dogs are crated for 2 hours in the day. One hour would be more acceptable. I pay for my dog to go and play and spend her energy, not to be locked up.
