Augie and Max enjoy Dogtopia at Blackhawk so much that they literally drag me through the door to get in. The staff are warm and friendly and my pups always come home happy.

I love the staff. They are so friendly and loving towards the people and the dogs. I love that they are indoors and they can comfortable accomodate for those hot, cold or smokey days (smoke from wildfires). I also love that they have spa services because I can ask them to give my dogs a bath before I pick them up from daycare.
Your weekend hours could be improved- open earlier. Not a fan of being charged a daycare fee if my dog is boarded and I don’t pick up by 12. I would feel better if someone was on site overnight as night watch in case of emergencies. I wish the dogs weren’t in a crate for 2 hours from 12-2. I feel like 1 hour is long enough.
