I really like that I can make a request on a weekend to bring my dog in on a Monday and someone sees it and approves it! I love how the staff is always excited to see my dog. I feel like she is really cared for while there. I also love being able to watch her on the webcam!

The facility is very convenient and well organized. The reserved parking spots during normal pickup times are very helpful.
The amenities offered to be able to affordably keep up with basic services for our dog are very helpful.
We would love for some extended weekend hours, or a slightly later close but overall this is a small complaint relative to the great services offered.
My dog is so happy on Dogtopia days. He is excited when I drop him off and happy when I pick him up. He is always tired when he comes home, so I know he did a lot of good playing!
Everyone is extremely friendly. It was an easy process to understand, I like all the other services that are provided such as grooming and boarding.
