The staff is wonderful! Luna is always happy and tired when I pick her up.

It would be nice if the dogs were able to take a break from the room that they’re in and transition to another space or outside. Also, I’m not sure if they clean up the dogs accidents right when it happens because I noticed some of the dogs either smelling the pee or walking across it. I’ve also noticed at times there is only one staff in a room with more than eight dogs. It would be helpful to have two people in a room just for extra safety.

I have always found the team members to be kind and loving. Our dog is so happy to be at Decatur Dogtopia. I also think the staff are responsive to any concerns I might raise, which is greatly appreciated. Thank you, team, for making our dog’s visits to Decatur Dogtopia so much fun!

I always feel like my dog is well taken care of and having fun.

Everyone is SO friendly and my dog, Ginger, loved being there! She made lots of pup pals and really enjoyed all the love and attention.

Due to the facility type and location, it may be impossible, but some outdoor time would be an awesome outlet for dogs.

The folks there are super friendly and compitent! My dog loves being there and play days keep her happy and not home.
