Personal…they KNOW my dog. They are responsive to skills I am working on with her – supporting training they see me doing as we arrive/leave. I LOVE that I can check in on her visually throughout the day.
When my dog was out sick, they called to check in on her and make sure I knew when I could have her return to keep other dogs safe.
