The staff is excellent! I appreciate the ability to check in by camera, availability is flexible, and the team is able to deal with special situations as well, like my dog that gets a little over-excited when she first arrives. I’ve also taken advantage of the grooming service, which is a convenient feature. It’s nice to have a place. I can take my dogs and know that they’re well taken care of.

These people have become part of my family!! I love the entire staff at this location, I thank god each and every day I’m alive I know them all!!

Staff

Staff are great. We appreciate the design of having both an indoor and outdoor play area. This means that even when weather isn’t ideal, our dogs still have plenty of space to run & play. Boarding at Dogtopia has been ideal, with email/photo updates and our ability to check on their well-being and happiness using the indoor/outdoor video cameras.

I love how well the dogs are treated. I love how we can watch on the cam throughout the day and check in on our pet.

Very friendly staff, they all seem to know my dog and are really sweet to him. Live the cameras to watch him while I’m away.
