Professional and clean facilities with canine coaches supervising the dogs.

We are confident you are looking out for Willow and all the fur babies. We are notified if there is an outbreak of any kind and then again when it has subsided. All of the canine coaches greet the doggies in such a friendly, playful manner, it truly sets them up to enjoy their day at Dogtopia. Every now and then I am able to watch Willow on the doggie cams. Whether inside or out, she seems to enjoy sitting on that orange crate, a lot, and of course, playing with all her friends. I know you do everything you can to keep the facilities clean, all of the canine coaches are constantly cleaning the rooms and the doggie bowls outside. I’m sure there is a lot more that you do and we appreciate all of it. I’ve needed some help getting Willow to the car lately. I never have to ask, its as if you know and ask me if I’d like help. We appreciate the calendar and all the photos. I keep all of the pictures, and her with her BFFF. Willow had a tough start in life. Thanks to all of you, she LOVES seeing you, she knows the drive and how close we are, she’s a bit enthusiastic and we love it. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Willow.

All front end staff excellent service!

The staff is wonderful. Our dogs love Dogtopia. The indoor gyms allow ample play time even when the weather outside is less than optimal. Dogtopia gets to know each dog individually which facilitates great human and dog to dog interactions.

I like the ser i es. I just recommend two thing to make it perfect. Forst a groomer and second the ability to roll over the days if the parents missed the ability to drop the dogs at daycare. For my house hold specifically, we live 20 minutes away in Aurora from the nearest dogtopia and with our crazy schedules. Sometimes its very difficult to take the dogs to daycare and go way out of our way to take them to daycare. For weeks we cant take them, its lost money for use. If we could accumulate the days somehow and use them another week it would be awesome. You have already bills us so why not credit the days they weren’t able to attend. Lastly if when dropping them off, if the front can ask again about event or treats for the day that would be awesome. I know they used to do it and now you made the cute sign up out front, but everytime I always forget to sign them up without a reminder for the front desk. It sometime heck it trying to drop the dogs and most of the time we are in a rush to get in and out so we forget about the sign up list. It’s not the front desk fault but a simple reminder woukd be nice.

All the employees are so very friendly to not just us humans but to the animals coming in. Being able to watch the WebCam and see the dogs while I was gone was perfect. It worked out really really well. I was very happy. My dogs were very happy. I know they were well cared for and I could check anytime. I could even call on the phone if I didn’t see on camera, I would ask and they would Get Summer cause she likes to hide everything is clean and taken care of so I know my dogs are taken very very good care.
