Staff was so welcoming to both me and my dog
My fur baby has so much fun here and I fully trust the staff with him all day! The facility is clean and the staff are all very nice!
Just started bringing my dogs to Dogtopia and we really like everything about it.
Everyone was very nice, so kind to my dog, and answered all my questions.
We love dogtopia!! Both iof us recommend you all the time. Location is clean Willow LOVES her canine coaches, staff is respectful, friendly, helpful, what more could there be!!! You do a wonderful job and your customer service skills are outstanding! I’ve got 40+ years experience training and managing customer service reps, I know great service when I see it!! We are so impressed with Dogtopia! We initially inquired about Dogtopia for boarding for an upcoming vacation and after our dog’s meet & greet, he had so much fun and loved interacting with the staff and other dogs. We realized that having weekly daycare visits would be so wonderful for him! The facility is clean and feels like such a safe and interactive environment. We were nervous about boarding him because we didn’t want him to feel like he was going back to a shelter and that is not the case at Dogtopia at all! Thank you for taking care of our fur baby and making us feel right at home with his care!
