Meet the Team
Larry Greene, Co-owner
Larry graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Larry has been CEO of several large companies and currently works part-time as the Director for Operations Excellence for a private equity firm. He loves all dogs, but his favorite dog breed is the Golden Retriever. Larry and his wife Cathy currently have a 3-year old English Cream Golden named Cassius, (Cash for short). Larry loves family hikes with Cash and watching Broncos games!
Brandon Greene, Co-owner
Brandon received his BS in Animal Science/Pre-Vet from Michigan State University. Brandon and his wife Abbie own four dogs; his college dog Jeffery who is a 6-year old Blue American Pitbull Terrier, a 4-year old American Staffordshire Terrier named Irie, a 2-year old American Bully named Kali and a 6-year old mixed breed named Jesse. Brandon worked extensively in an independent dog daycare facility prior to Dogtopia. He also spent substantial time in a veterinary office during his college years. Brandon is an avid dog lover and enjoys training and exercising his dogs on his time off.
Alexis Porter, General Manager
Alexis received a degree in emergency medicine but learned her true passion lies in working with dogs. She has two rescue dogs of her own, a 11-year Yellow Lab/Malamute mix named Roxy and a 7-year Corgi/Chow/Shepherd mix named Maggie who love doggie daycare just as much as the young pups. She loves all breeds, but there’s something about mixed breeds that warms her heart. Alexis has worked with Dogtopia of Denver Tech Center since they opened and has 2.5 years of canine experience, but that is nothing compared to the years that are yet to come as she continues her Dogtopia journey!
Nicole Aucoin, Marketing Director/PPRM of Parker
Nicole received her BS in Marketing & Communications from Louisiana State University and has spent most of her life working with animals. She currently owns one dog named Porter, a six-year-old Chocolate Labrador Retriever who loves ducks and to play with his humans! Nicole enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring with her husband and dog all around their new home in Colorado and beyond.
Abbie Greene, Pet Parent Relationship Manager of Denver Tech Center
Abbie attended Regis University for Elementary Education, however had a change in career when her husband Brandon Greene, decided to become a part of the Dogtopia franchise. Abbie has always been an avid animal lover and owns four dogs with her husband Brandon. She enjoys building connections with our pet parents and watching the pups learn and grow throughout their time at Dogtopia DTC! In her spare time, Abbie loves to hike with her pups, ride horses and enjoy the breath-taking views the great state of Colorado has to offer!
Sam Rulapaugh, Assistant Manager
Sam is a Colorado native with three dogs of her own. Ripley, a German Shepherd and two Shih Tzus named Maggie and Nabby. After growing up in the mountains, Sam is an avid outdoor adventurer. With over eight years of animal experience, Sam loves all breeds and sizes of dogs! She has spent time volunteering at animal shelters and working in a veterinary setting before deciding that dog daycare was her passion. She loves being at Dogtopia and can’t wait to make it a long-term journey!
Hannah George, Assistant Manager
Hannah is a proud Colorado transplant who moved here in 2021 from West Michigan. She has found her passion in the dog world by starting out as a canine coach here at dogtopia almost 2 years ago! Hannah is a dog mom of a two-year- old aussie-mix named George. George was a source of companionship for Hannah as she prepared to leave her friends and family behind to embark on a new adventure here in Colorado. Her love of George and dogs in general is what brought her to Dogtopia. She often enjoys her time outside and loves going on hikes with her sidekick. Hannah is eager to see what her future holds within dogtopia.
