Your staff is superb always greeting my dog, Skye, with a cheery good morning as she heads out to play. I am so happy I found Dogtopia to keep her happy and socialized.

I am new to Dogtopia and so far the staff is super friendly and helpful.

However, the policy of boarding doesn’t seem to make sense to me.
Every week I need to change my daycare days depending on my work schedule.
Ex. last week I was on 2 days a week and this week I am on 1 day a week. (I would suggest adding a feature in the app so people don’t have to call each time they change their schedule).

Additionally, I have an upcoming trip planned for this Sat-Wed and will board my dog. I was told I would get the rate of 1 day a week during my boarding time because that is the schedule that I am currently on. Why can’t I change it to get a better rate since I will be boarding the dog for an additional day this week and 4 days next week?
I suggest if someone is boarding their dog you would give a day rate equivalent to the days they are boarding.
Since you already allow clients to switch weekly depending on schedule, this should also apply to boarding.

Amazing service! My dogs love it!

Dogtopia has exceed all my expectations from the beginning. From the start, all the staff were warm, welcoming, and so friendly. They all made me feel comfortable and excited to bring my pup there for weekly daycare. They always do fun events which ensures the doggos have the best time. Further, I recently used their boarding services for my first time and couldn’t be more impressed. I loved how I could watch my pup through their webcams whenever I was away. The staff was also so helpful and responsive when I called mid-vacation to ask how my pup was doing – they even sent a curtesy report card which I greatly appreciated.

We LOVE how kind and compassionate ever Dogtopia staff member is. Their enthusiasm for the dogs is so special; they treat them like the beloved pets they are. We love the additional, paid treats we can sign up for and feel good knowing that money goes toward providing service dogs for people in need. The monthly photo shoots are so fun, we love the outdoor space, and the staff is always flexible with same-day bookings. We love Dogtopia DTC!
