Their staff always greets my dog with an enthusiastic hello and she happily heads down the hall to play. We’ve been Dogtopia members for two years now and highly recommend it.
I love how my dog is treated like an individual and not just another client. I love how the staff interact with each dog. I feel like my dog is safe and happy.

we were brought the wrong dog one day and it was our fault for not realizing it as we were waiting in the car while our niece went in to get the dog and just put it in a back of our suv. we did not realize it till we got home with the wrong golden retriever. so there needs to be some way to be more careful when golden retrievers look alike.
Staff is super friendly, attentive to the dogs, well trained. I appreciate that there are several “coaches” in each of the playrooms who monitor the dogs and clean up after them frequently. The management makes it fun with themed days, special treats, “dog of the month” etc.
Daily treat options and photo ops.
Love having the webcam.
