People are friendly and welcome the doggy’s when they arrive . I love getting the report cards . The office smells so good and welcoming . The main thing is when the dogs run in and wag their tails !
I love all the fun activities/snacks Duke partakes in! I laugh when he pushes me out of the car when we arrive! Duke is happy here and so am I!
The personal touches
Dogtopia DTC was recommended by my dog’s trainer due to her knowledge of the owner being extremely educated in dog behavior and appropriate training techniques and commitment to making this location not only safe but extremely fun for our fur babies. This has also been my experience with the staff, they are all committed to making sure not only the dogs, but the dog parents, have an amazing experience. I have found that all staff is extremely educated in appropriate dog behavior and training, they take the proper steps in interacting with the dogs and are very observant , but most of all caring towards the dogs. It has been my impression that the staff is passionate and professional and always go the extra mile to insure satisfaction. I really can’t say enough good things about this location!
