The ease of drop off and pick up, the spa availability and fair prices. Mishka is excited to go play with her friends every time we turn into the parking lot.

Account and bookkeeping needs improvement. Initially we enrolled in automatic withdrawal and that was not successful so we switched to drop in at a higher cost. Now even with drop in we recently were told we had a balance due? Totally confusing.

Smoother admit- waiting outside for 5-10 minutes during the 7-7:30a rush. Have more people admitting.
Close the door! It is a safety issue when picking up pets, they could easily escape during the hand off.
