Not crowded and extra friendly welcoming staff members. Also reasonable fees.

I have been taking quest to Dogtopia for years now all over the US. Wheat Ridge finally opened and I was so thrilled to bring him here when we came back for work. I love all of the staff, and they really do take care of Quest when he stays there. My favorite by far!

Friendly staff working in a clean and safe environment drive my rating. My dog Aldo seems to have a good time.

Easy scheduling in the mobile app, clean facilities, quality webcams, personal feedback upon pickup (LOVE to hear that Finn is making friends!).

Communication is great. They seem to know my dog and her personality.

I feel staff are well trained. They pay attention to interactions. They immediately clean up elimination incidents. Ease of scheduling, I have never been denied an appointment . Staff very friendly. Organized . I feel confident that my pup is safe here. They have periodic enrichment days .

Love the staff, options for booking (enrolled vs packages), and webcams! My dog seems so happy! My one piece of feedback would be to have a designated “run” area or piece of turf where the dogs can go to the bathroom (separate/away from the play area). I saw on the webcams how the dogs all run out of their kennels after nap time and pee/poop all over the freshly cleaned floors. The staff was super quick to clean it up, but knowing that my dog sleeps in bed with me made me a bit grossed out to see the dogs running around/through the pee/poo piles. Otherwise our experience has been wonderful!
