Did a great job cleaning up my dog. Best grooming experience I have had to date.

Friendly staff

I love the approach. The staff takes with our dog. He’s a husky and can be a little bit goofy and weird But to them all dogs are good dogs. And he has such a good time there and looks forward to getting in the car because he knows that’s where he’s going and gets so excited once he’s there.

We like the camera viewing. We enjoy watching our dog ineracting with the staff.

We have really enjoyed our experiences at Dogtopia of Wheat Ridge. We started going right when the space opened, actually as part of the Founder group. I like that my pup can play all day in a safe environment with people who seem to actually like to be there. I feel like Management has always been very responsive and easy to work with when any questions arise.

I loved everything I read on the Dogtopia website and after reading, I had those exact expectations, however, I didn’t feel like it held up to be everything I read in the beginning. I do love bringing my pup and I still have faith as I know the location is new. Every visit, I feel like things improve. The team is super friendly and I know the location has potential. I love the leash method or separating the dogs when playing gets too intense.

I also wish they had outside time or more to play with but I do realize it is the way it is for safety reasons. I wish bigger dogs were strictly with bigger dogs and smaller dogs with smaller dogs. I understand the puppy graduating the toy box room and the reasoning behind it. My pup just seems to be more playful, confident and less intimated when it’s all smaller dogs.

I often feel like communication gets lost as there are quite a bit of people working there. I feel like the team tries to people please sometimes so they occasionally tell little white lies which I REALLY dislike. There are times where I’ve been told that my dog ate all of the food I brought which I find hard to be true or that my dog didn’t eat her food but it was because they had gotten distracted and left the food in the spa and forgot about the bowl until I asked for it during pick up time. I’d rather the team just be honest so I know what to expect with my pup when I get home. There are just little things that I feel need improvement but overall it seems like a great place and it is newer so i understand. Its all coming together well.
