Top notch in every way
They adore our doggies!
The staff members really love dogs – it is wonderful to see my dog wagging his tail as we get out of the car and head inside. He is greeted by name, and has no issues going with staff to the play room. I like the app, where you can watch what is happening inside each room. It’s very easy to request appointments, and the response is quick. I have used daycare and boarding, and know my dog is having fun while he is there. He always comes home exhausted! He has also learned how to get along with other dogs. I highly recommend Dogtopia of Downers Grove.
I am impressed by the staff’s knowledge of doggy behavior and their ability to monitor various breeds and also particular dogs in that breed/group. I love having a grooming service on site – Kudos to Carrie, who is excellent, both as a groomer and as a “dog whisperer” to keep them calm and happy while being groomed. The facility is clean, and the staff are happy and helpful.
My dog (Jazz) comes home tired and happy!
Based on a limited local review, I think the prices are reasonable for the area, and definitely worth it!
