Workers are friendly, accommodating. Make you feel like part of the family. Curb side pick up is nice perk. Love the hours.
I feel like my dog and I received a lot of TLC when we arrived and when I picked him up.
First of all- we love you all. Customer service is wonderful- we love the webcam feature, etc.
I think the rules for memberships are a bit too stringent. It would be great if the rules around which dogs are allowed to be boarded was more flexible- perhaps and annual membership fee? That would be better than this weekly daycare fee in the event that we don’t always use daycare but will still need boarding occassionally. Just an idea.
The staff! They make the difference. Also love all of the activities and special days.
Staff is friendly and welcoming. Our dogs love going to Dogtopia. We have done daycare and boarding and both have been great experiences.
The staff is wonderful. My murphy loves coming to daycare. I feel like she gets lots of attention. She always seems very happy when we bring her in the door
