All team members are friendly and treat my dog very caringly.

My dog, Daisy, is always excited to arrive in the morning and is tired at the end of the day. I know she is safe and in good hands.

The staff are great and clearly love dogs (especially the girl who opens most days, cant remember her name unfortunately). Appreciate the monthly photoshoots, hours of operation and the price is very reasonable.

Love absolutely everything that you do! Your entire staff is incredibly dedicated and am more than happy about how they handle my dog. We’re going to be long time customers for sure. However, the front desk person Soraya is absolutely horrendous to deal with. My wife and I both feel similarly – she is incredibly difficult to deal with, is not really trying to help, and honestly not sure she even likes dogs. Her “people” manners could use some polishing or coaching through the leadership team. Every single time I utilize the app to notify her that I am picking up the dog, she is incredibly confused and I end up waiting 10-15 minutes in the car with my little kids. It has now been at least a year of her telling me she didn’t get notified and is acting super confused. Otherwise, as I said, absolutely wonderful experience!

Staff is lovely. Communicates well, good practices and love the camera so you can watch your pup!
