Friendly staff

The dog came home very dirty this time which I understand but she also smelled like urine and had some poop on her fur. Looked like she Lie in something

Dogtopia treats our dogs Bo and Kobi as their own. They all have been so welcoming and truly love our dogs. They’re flexible and super professional! We feel so safe having our dogs play at Dogtopia!

I was so nervous about leaving my pup but the staff at my Dogtopia went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They listened to my worries and showed genuine care and patience when dealing with my extremely high energy and sometimes obnoxious large dog. The staff are well-trained and very confident leading their pack. I was really impressed. They have a great schedule for the dogs during the day, and the webcam is wonderful. The Romper Room is my new favorite show! The facility smelled great and was very clean. I have no worries about dropping my guy off for the day, or for a few days boarding next time we go out of town. I am very happy, and sincerely recommend.

I love the staff, and the fun events/treats that are offered. Also, I love watching the dogs on camera, having fun all day.

Areas are very clean and friendly. They knew all the dogs names as soon as the owner walked in to pick them up. Safety seems to be very important to them and I like that. I love that there are cameras.
