I really appreciate that the Dogtopia team really gets to know your dog and really works with them where they’re at. I’ve already noticed such positive changes in my pups’ behavior, and this is their first time in a daycare setting, going on two weeks!

They made us feel right at home, love the cameras! It was our first time bringing our little Scooter to daycare and he did well. I liked the test that was given before he was allowed to stay.

Ed is the only groomer who can trim our wild dog’s nails.
I do love the friendliness and camaraderie of the staff. They take great pride in knowing almost all of the canines who frequent their establishment, their idiosyncracies and habits. My only suggestion would be to inform clients of the variations in service. I am a long-time customer so when I take my fur baby in for her spa day, previously that would include grooming/hair trim in addition to the other services. It is now my understanding that the spa treatment and grooming are separate services, which would be fine with me, but if I was informed of that when I made the appointment I would have waited until the groomer was available as opposed to having two separate appointments. Otherwise, I have no other complaints — my fur baby is happy and so am I.
