I like that you can book daycare ahead of time and that there is a max amount of pups allowed in each room! The video monitoring is also really beneficial to me, as I am quite attached to my dog. The team seems really engaged so far and the GM is 100% committed to providing a good experience for the guests.

There is a strong smell of urine as soon as you enter. I have been to other locations and have not smelled such a strong odor while in the establishment. Also, all staff were not dressed in order to fully support dogs and other staff. While watching cameras, staff were witness consistency adjusting their clothing and holding up their clothing while trying to perform tasks. They were unable to fully attend to dogs and support other staff with one available hand.
Overall, staff were very friendly, attentive and knowledgable.
We wish we could puck our dogs up later than 7 p.m. A little later, 9 p.m. perhaps, would allow us to stay out a little longer.
I loved the safety and comfort protocols in place during Vinyl’s meet and greet. I was asked questions about Vinyl’s temperament before she was tested with first one dog, then 3, then in a supervised room with other small dogs. Every effort was made to make my dog feel comfortable and ease any anxiety that she may have. The staff were friendly and warm and you could tell that they loved dogs. Vinyl is my fur baby and I wouldn’t trust her care to just anyone. I know that Vinyl will be well taken care of at Dogtopia.

Customer service… the staff are all amazing… so kind and caring.
Very friendly staff and informative about my dog. They make it a point to talk to you about how your dog is feeling and what they are doing throughout the day. I love the video cameras so you can see what your dog is doing.
Everyone very friendly and helpful! His room was full this day and I think he had a great time. I would say, he smelled like urine when I picked him up. Otherwise, it was a great 1st day!
