People are friendly and have a good relationship with my dog. They are responsive to my needs and keep me updated when needed.

The Dogtopia of Downtown DC staff members, lead by Michel, are all amazing! They truly love dogs and treat all the pups with so much love. My dog is *obsessed* with his Dogtopia humans, and loves playing with all the other sweet pups as well. I take so much comfort knowing my dog is in such good hands while I’m at work or away from home.

I know Luna is in great hands when I drop her off at daycare. The staff is incredibly attentive and loving towards Luna and the other pups under their care. I’m so grateful for the Dogtopia team!

The people are amazing! So attentive and welcoming, and you can tell they truly love the dogs!

The webcams are really helpful for checking in on the pup and not worrying throughout the day.

Availability, consistency, location, cameras

I knew that I had Madison to the right place when I was greeted by the friendliest people who had a “dog person” shirt on. I enjoyed how treated her with such consideration, instead of looking at her like another number. This was the first time we took Madison to daycare and she had the best time of her life!

The friendly and responsive service. The care and attention I know our pup is getting at every visit. When we say “Dogtopia” to our pup he starts squeaking and wagging his tail. The only minor suggestion I have is ensuring there is someone at the front desk at all times. There have been a couple occasions when I’ve arrived to drop-off or pick-up and have had to wait for 5-10 minutes before someone returned to the desk to help. On one occasion I waited 15 minutes so I left and came back later.
