The people who work there are so kind and my dog is so happy to go there.
Dogtopia is my pup’s second family (and all of his very best girlfriends)! He absolutely loves being there, and we’re so grateful to have such a safe, fun, loving place to take him when we’re at work or away on a trip.
Staff are excellent. The weekly plan is inflexible and frustrating, especially as someone who often has business travel on short notice. I’d take my dog to daycare more if I didn’t get a price penalty or risk losing money. The ten day pass was far better.
Personalized care for my dog and availability via text message. I also like the convenience of flexibility regarding daycare and boarding.
The team at Dogtopia gets to know every dog very well and it’s very clear that my two pups absolutely love daycare and boarding with the Dogtopia community! It’s been a blessing because they’ve been able to learn a lot about other dogs and learn from them, just being in the well-curated community.
Everyone has been so incredibly friendly and patient. Henry has been having a problem with socializing with people and the team has been great helping Henry and me through the process.
Staff is friendly and loving towards my dog, and I feel the environment is safe and comfortable.
