The staff. More than any where else, this staff cares about the dogs and it shows. And it also shows when my dog comes into the building and runs to greet any/all the staff members and they all know her by name. I love the staff and it’s a credit to Michel and the team he’s built.

Dogtopia of Downtown DC has the absolutely kindest, most dog-loving staff you could ever imagine. My dog is *obsessed* with all of them. They also throw parties and events for the dogs all the time, giving them extra stimulation, attention, and exercise, and they make the dogs delicious treats! This is such a wonderful group of people I am not only comfortable but happy leaving my dog with all day while I’m at work, or even for multiple days when I go on vacation. Rudy loves you, Dogtopia!
