The Canine Coach is an integral part of the daycare-first model of Dogtopia. A Canine Coach will be be given industry leading training on how to manage a playroom of dogs – multiple dogs! – and how to succeed in making them better canine citizens! The job requires standing for long hours, bending, cleaning, and picking up after dogs – yes, picking THAT up! The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is essential. It also requires an appreciation for the importance of repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail. While the position does work much of the day autonomously there is a high degree of teamwork required. We think dogs are the best and we know you do too. Those who are hard working, humble, and committed to both canines and pet parents alike will excel in this role. We are bringing Dogtopia to the Lehigh Valley and are looking for individuals interested in growing with the company.

ABOUT THE CANINE COACH ROLE:

  • The focus of the Canine Coach is to create a safe and fun play environment for each pup.
  • You interact with dogs and are always on stage. All rooms are equipped with cameras so Pet Parents can stay engaged with their dogs and watch the fantastic experience you create for their pup.
  • You care for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family.
  • Creating the Most Exciting Day Ever for the pups in your playroom.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12-$14 per hour
