Friendliness of the staff; cleanliness of the facility ; ability to watch our pup on camera when he’s there (although a lot of time it freezes – not sure who’s connection ?) Feel very comfortable when our pup is there either 1/2 day, whole day or overnight .
The entire staff is incredible. Each person there takes the time to get to know the individual dogs and their respective families. They care and it shows.
