Libby loves everyone here. They take exceptional care of the dogs. The dogs have a lot of fun. She is always very excited to go back.

We were at a point of great frustration before we came to dogtopia! Our dearly loved pup, Shiloh, will not let anyone touch his paws! In order to trim his nails our vet was forced to muzzle and sedate him! I hated seeing Shiloh go through this! It is also very expensive but, we felt we had no choice.
A family member recommended that we bring him to Kelly at Dogtopia. We decided that we had nothing to lose. When we arrived at Dogtopia, the office staff was very friendly and confident that Kelly would be able to trim his nails We sat in disbelief as we were told that Kelly was making progress! After about 20-30 mins, she brought Shiloh out. He was he wagging his tail and he had all his nails trimmed! Kelly said it wasn’t easy and she did put a muzzle on him. However, she was able to trim his nails without medication or sedation!
We are truly thankful for Kelly and the rest of the staff! We no longer need to live with the anxiety this has caused us and Shiloh!
