Our caring and highly trained team treat your dogs like our own furry family members. Going the extra mile to ensure safety in our facility, all of our team leaders are trained and Nationally certified in Canine CPR and Canine First-Aid. We can’t wait to see you and your pups soon!
Meet the Team
Jen, General Manager
Jen has been the General Manager at Dogtopia of Easton since the early days, bringing her expertise in business management and her deep love for dogs to the role. From the start, she knew that Dogtopia was the perfect blend of passion and purpose. Jen is known for her green thumb—her love for plants adds a touch of life and charm throughout the lobby. Jen also has a passion for canine nutrition and always staying up to date on the latest research and advancements in the field. In addition to overseeing daily operations, she also manages our social media presence and leads all marketing initiatives with creativity and dedication. Her favorite breed? The Dachshund, of course! Pictured is her adorable assistant, Droozy, who’s pretty sure he’s the real boss around here.
Shirlee, Operations Manager
Shirlee brings a background in veterinary medicine and a lifelong love for animals to Dogtopia of Easton. Known for her sunny personality and unapologetic love for Taylor Swift, Shirlee keeps the energy high and the vibes positive. As our Operations Manager, her passion lies in inspiring and mentoring our team—helping each staff member grow into confident, knowledgeable Canine Coaches. Shirlee also serves as our in-house photographer, capturing adorable pup portraits during special events. Her eye for detail and creativity shine through every frame. When she’s not leading the team or behind the lens, Shirlee can be found gushing over her favorite breed: the loyal and intelligent German Shepherd Dog (though Shirlee can be seen gushing over just about every dog that comes through our doors!). Pictured is her very best friend, Bruno Mars, who she rescued after meeting him here at Dogtopia of Easton!
Kelly, Groomer
Kelly was the very first groomer to join our team back in 2022, bringing with her nearly eight years of grooming experience and a genuine passion for working with dogs. Trained by her best friend and longtime colleague, Cynthia, Kelly has built an impressive portfolio over the years. Her specialty lies in working with nervous and reactive dogs—those that others might call “impossible.” With a calm confidence and an abundance of patience, Kelly has a special ability to help even the most anxious pups feel safe and cared for. While she loves grooming all breeds, doodles hold a special place in her heart. Pictured with her longtime client Bruno, Kelly’s work speaks for itself—she’s dedicated, skilled, and has that magic touch every dog deserves.
Cynthia, Groomer
Cynthia joined our team at Dogtopia of Easton in 2024, but it feels like she’s been part of the family forever. With over 17 years of grooming experience, her talent and passion shine through in every groom. Cynthia and Kelly have worked side by side for more than 7 years—and their bond as best friends makes their teamwork truly special. Cynthia has a special love for grooming doodles and is known for her expert eye and gentle approach. What sets her apart is her commitment to client education—she takes the time to share tips and advice so pet parents can maintain their dog’s look and support their overall health and wellbeing between visits. Pictured is a fan favorite, Annie, the unofficial shop dog, who has a new nail color and design for every season!
