I love how friendly and energetic all the employees are when I drop off my dog. It makes me feel good about leaving her in their care because they are very enthusiastic about her every time we come in the door.

Clean environment, staff care about the many dogs in their care. Call my dog by name as he comes in the door even though he only comes about 2 times a month because of price.
My dog absolutely loves it there. He goes wild in the car just knowing he is going to PLAY DAY.
Like that all dogs are monitored for their shots etc.

I absolutely adore the staff at the Dogtopia Eau Claire location. Everyone is so friendly and knows my Tillie and her breed very well. I love that I’m able to leave my dog is the hands of such a friendly, caring and safe staff! 100 gold stars!

Easy to book daycare, boarding, and other services through the app or in-person. Staff are nice and professional. Love the webcam feature. Appreciate being able to bring a snack for my dog and the occassional pictures sent by the staff.

My dog has only been there twice (for required day stays to ensure scheduling her boarding) so this is only based on 2 visits.. I did love it. However I couldn’t help noticing my dog was severely dehydrated and dying of thirst both times I picked her up. The second time I actually went thru a drive thru to get her water cuz I felt the drive home was cruel without.
Also, I’m about to board my dog for 2 weeks and I feel like I’m still in the dark about a lot. I’d like to see what the suites look like that she’ll be staying in. I’d like to know if they have 24 hour access to water. How many times they are let out to go potty. Stuff like that. I absolutely did not like that of you don’t get a suite your dog has to stay in a crate. You’d think with that huge place they could put some fenced kennels side by side by side.. But the staff has been great.

The flexibility of the times that I can bring my fur baby in and pick her up. For example, I will schedule to bring her in at 8, but not get her there till 8:30. Further, as long as I pick her up by closing time, it’s okay that I don’t get there by the time I had listed. Staff are very good with her as she’s not always excited about me leaving her.

I like the fun activities provided, the camera access for reassurance our pups are ok. The easy way to drop and pick up with the app. I love it all as well as the friendly staff!
