You! Your heart, your care and kindness to our beloved fur babies. We fully trust your incredibly trained staff and management that go above and beyond. Although we went thru a traumatic event with our babies at our home, you were patient, loving and truly sympathetic and supportive. Your staff sends painted paw print art, takes pictures, plans parties and overall make our baby’s day fun and memorable when all we think about away from our pup is our pup. You allow us to work guilt free knowing Tripp is having the time of his life. Every time we pick him up you tell his friends for the day. Thank you!
My pup seemed to be happy when I picked her up. Apparently, she enjoyed her day. Unfortunately, you are not convenient for us to use often. Also, I have limited needs to bring her to Edmond. However, on the rare occasions when I do need her cared for, I would like to be able to bring her.
The attentiveness to the dogs and the happiness of the employees.
I was optimistic that my Sasha (Yorkie) would like it but at the same time nervous to leave her in the care others without being present. My nerves were quickly calmed when I logged on to their website and saw Sasha playing. In the two days we’ve gone there everyone has been polite and professional and alleviated my concerns. Sasha is happy there and so I’m extremely happy with Dogtopia!
The owner and coaches are clearly well trained and informed about caring for dogs. The dogs are separated by size and never left in groups without a human present. The staff is friendly and supportive. I trust them with my dog. There do everything deliberately and always with a priority on the care and safety of the dogs in their care.
Entire experience provided was high quality service for our dogs.
