I thought that the process was well organized, and I liked the fact that you have established criteria for which dogs you take in. My dog failed the “meet and greet” — so I know you adhere to your standards.

Piper was so happy and exhausted when we picked her up. The staff is so nice!
Super hospitable. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
The trainer was so kind and took extra time to talk to me after my dog’s meet and greet, and the facility is so clean and there is outdoor space for the dogs which makes me happy knowing when I board my dog he will get outdoor time.

Based on the website and an Instagram photo I saw, I thought I would get a report card and first day photo. I thought report cards would happen on a regular basis. Luray has been there two days and no report card.
You had also advertised a drawing for 6 months of free daycare but I haven’t heard anymore about it. The last I heard was to take a picture with your dog at the Dogtopia sign to get another entry. I did that.
I submitted freeze paperwork for spring break via email on Monday, March 20 but no response.
We found the staff to be friendly, and demonstrated a true passion for taking on my fog.
My puppy loves this place. I am able to spy on him thru the webcam
