Affordable plans, clean facilities, happy dogs.
Like: Patient, understanding. Good customer service. Video available. Like Dogtopia better than other services in the area. Put another one at Bailey’s Crossroads!
Don’t like: can be difficult to get appointments, have to plan in advance.
Friendly and kind staff. They’ve learned who we are and know our dog by name.
Comment: for the consideration of the desk staff, you should have some sort of shading or window sticker to keep PM sunlight. I feel badly seeing the people at the front desk have to squint with the sun in their eyes. Get them a window shade or something.
Kind, flexible, welcoming staff and clean and fun environment for my dog!
Our two dogs had a lot of fun in a clean, well supervised play area. I’m sure we’ll be back for many fun play dates.
The Dogtopia crew treats my pup like their own. Communicates well and tired her our!
