I was able to bring my dog in for a much-needed bath on a walk in basis with proof of current vaccinations. The staff was professional and friendly.

We have been bringing our dog to Dogtopia for daycare and boarding for a few years now and it’s been great! Our dog loves it and we always feel comfortable leaving her. The only downside is sometimes the management side can be frustrating. I have to ask for receipts and when there has been an error it can take a few asks to remedy. Also the webcam in the app has not been working recently and we are not able to request boarding or daycare anymore as we are not enrolled. It was much easier to do all of that when we had access in the app.

The staff cares for the dogs and are attentive, and we love the web cam so we can monitor our dog.

Not sure of her name, but the young lady who usually wears a bandana on her head is amazing! She is great with dogs and super friendly.

My dog seems to have a good time and comes home tired.

Restaurant is very well done! Staff is so friendly. Events are fun. And the dog park is amazing. Highly recommend to bring your pup or just come for the food and drinks!

Friendly, efficient staff & clean, bright facility

Overall, I think the business does a great job. I’m sure staffing can be challenging at times and there are occasions in the evening pickup when waits can be long to get the dogs. Thanks for taking good care of our beloved dogs.

The smell of my dog is awful after spending time there, like pee.

they are great with my pups and make the extra effort to ensure they are healthy and happy!
