I have a hybrid work schedule, I can’t always anticipate when I need to use your services. Understand you might have a difficult job scheduling your employees but more flexibility would be appreciated for requesting appointments for wellness plan participants. Otherwise why sign up for a wellness plan and commit to spending $300 plus a month at your business? If I could just do a pay for and get in just as easily and not have to commit to a certain number of visits per week.

I like the staff as they are friendly and attentive to the pets. I l9ve the webcam!! I also lime the hours provided to watch my pet.
