The staff is friendly and welcoming. My dog seemed to enjoy it, though he spent more time following the coaches around. He loves people! I love that I can keep an eye on him via the webcam. It’s comforting to see how he’s doing throughout the day.
I like that I can watch the camera from the app. My puppy loved his first day. He came home happy, hungry and tired.
They do a good job monitoring the pups and they get a lot of activity in a day.
The staff could be a little more friendly/helpful at the front.
I like the cam. I only wish it always worked. It freezes a lot. I like the staff, my dog seems to be cared for, it is cleaned. The sleep time is good for the dogs.
