Friendliness of staff and the care for my fur baby .
Love that pets are slowly introduced to other dogs and staff. LOVE webcams since I am a nervous pet mom. Cleanliness and safety are also wonderful.
Plan and offer a facility tour before the dog is received as part of a routine practice. I didn’t find out about the 3-4 o’clock window until after I arrived for our assessment day. It helps owners feel more confident in where they are leaving their pet.
I love the webcam. Dogs look well taken care of.

The staff is so friendly! They made me feel comfortable dropping my puppy off. I will be bringing her back. I just wish there was an outdoor area for the dogs. It would be nice if they could be outside with baby pools and water games during the summer
