My experience has been nothing but positive my dog is extremely happy to do there
Please send receipts for services. Ever since the new system was implemented, I haven’t received a single receipt which is not good for verifying cost of services or disputing charges. Thanks.
Most importantly the staff take good care of Daisy. Staff are welcoming and friendly.
Love that our dog gets excited to come and that she comes home so tired like she had a great fun day playing every single time.

I like the bubbles party, and all the events done for dogs.
The staff is kind and nice.
What don’t like:
Removing the Saturday daycare option
The closing hours should be at least 1hr later for working parents
It would be nice to get updates when my dog is boarding. I have always gotten a response when I ask, but it would be nice to just get a quick note.
